Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Saju analysis service provided by Saju Works (hereinafter 'Service').

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following features free of charge:

• AI Saju analysis based on three Meongri classics (Japyeongjinjeon, Gungtonbogam, Jeokcheonsu)
• Daeun (major cycles), Seyun (annual), and Wolyun (monthly) fortune analysis
• Celebrity Saju analysis and AI prompt generation
• Compatibility analysis service
• AI chat consultation service
• Saju calendar (daily fortune, lucky colors/directions) service

Article 3 (Service Usage)

Regarding service usage:

• Anyone can use the service free of charge without registration
• Analysis is available by simply entering birth date and time
• Analysis results can be shared via URL

Article 4 (Nature of Service & Disclaimer)

• Analysis results are entertainment content generated by AI trained on Meongri theories and are not scientifically or academically validated information
• Analysis results cannot replace professional consultation and should not be interpreted as any form of professional advice
• The service provider assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any decisions made by users based on the analysis results and any consequences thereof
• For important life decisions (career, marriage, health, finances, etc.), please consult with qualified professionals in the relevant field
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the analysis, nor do we promise any specific results or effects

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service:

• Rights to the Service's design, logo, and content belong to the service provider
• Users may use analysis results for personal purposes

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must comply with the following:

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes
• Do not interfere with normal service operation
• Do not infringe on the rights of others

Article 7 (Service Changes and Termination)

Regarding service operation:

• The service provider may change or discontinue the service
• Service changes will be announced through reasonable means

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

These terms may be changed as needed, and the changed terms become effective through announcement within the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes agreement to the changed terms.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

In case of disputes related to service use, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 10 (Donations and Refund Policy)

The service is operated through advertising and voluntary donations via Buy Me a Coffee (buymeacoffee.com/sajuworks). The following applies to donation refunds:

• Donation refunds may be requested within 7 days of the payment date
• You must provide your payment receipt number (Transaction ID) or payment approval number when requesting a refund
• All refunds are processed exclusively through original payment method cancellation for security — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted
• For refund inquiries, please email sajuworks.official@gmail.com with a screenshot of your payment receipt attached
